FAIRFAX, Va. — Diverse: Issues In Higher Education along with the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) is pleased to announce the 2024 Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges. The selections will be published in the May 23 edition of the magazine.
Focusing on workplace diversity, staffing practices, and work environment, the research team uses a web-based survey approach to examine categories such as family friendliness, salary/benefits, and professional development opportunities to determine the list. The 18 most promising places to work in community colleges (in alphabetical order) are:
Diverse: Issues In Higher Education will present this national recognition to the winners during the NISOD annual meeting, May 25-28 in Austin, Texas. And bonus copies of the May 23 edition will be distributed to conference attendees.
