Dr. Ida Jackson Woods provides leadership for the vision, direction, implementation, and evaluation of strategic efforts to advance equity and belonging at the Educational Testing Service, where she is chief diversity officer. For this, her focus is on embedding equity, inclusion, and diversity across the enterprise to enhance employees’ sense of community and belonging. Woods — formerly a court executive EEO/AA officer with the Judiciary’s Superior Court of New Jersey — previously served as a director in human resources for The College of New Jersey, where she was responsible for organizational learning and professional development, labor and employee relations, performance management, and related human resources workplace issues.
