Dr. Tenyo Pearl is campus director of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and program coordinator or the Nonprofit Leadership Program at Coppin State University. Pearl is a licensed consultant with the Standards for Excellence Institute with Maryland Association of Nonprofits and has worked with several nonprofit organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland, Family and Children Services, and the Johns Hopkins Hospital Bayview Center for Addiction and Pregnancy. The educator, humanitarian, and mentor also actively participates in university life through campus wide committees and initiatives like the Curriculum and Standards Committee, High Impact Practices, New Faculty on Boarding and Retention, ASPS Department Peer Review Committee and the annual Martin Luther King University Celebration.
