Joy Ann ReidTitle: Political Analyst, MSNBC & Adjunct Professor, Syracuse University

In addition to hosting a two-hour show every Saturday and Sunday on MSNBC, Joy-Ann Reid is also an adjunct professor at the New York City campus of Syracuse University, where she teaches a course called “Race, Gender and Media.” Reid is the author of Fracture: Barack Obama, the Clintons and the Racial Divide and writes a column for The Daily Beast. Reid graduated from Harvard University in 2001 and in 2008 was a press aide during the final stretch of President Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.
